Nintendo jatkaa 3DS:n tukemista ensi vuonna

Nintendo julkaisi hiljan Nintendo Switch Liten, joka soveltuu ainoastaan käsikonsolimuodossa pelattavaksi. Tämähän tarkoittaa sitä, että edellinen käsikonsoli 3DS päästetään eläkkeelle? Ei suinkaan.

The Vergelle puhunut Pohjois-Amerikan Nintendon pomo Doug Bowser paljasti, että Nintendo 3DS -konsolin tukeminen jatkuu vuonna 2020.

"We continue to look at the 3DS family, both hardware and games, as a strong entry point for some consumers," Bowser told The Verge. "And we're seeing that. As long as consumer demand is there, we'll continue to provide both hardware and software on the front. We're certainly not going to say it today. I think time will tell. We will continue to support 3DS this holiday and into 2020."
