Liam Hemsworth pelasi runsaasti The Witcher 3: Wild Huntia ennen Geraltin rooliaan

Liam Hemsworth on se Geralt Rivialainen Netflixin The Witcherin neljännellä ja viidennellä kaudella. Näyttelijä tunsi hahmonsa jo ennen roolin saamista, sillä The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt oli pelattuna.

Live With Killy and Mark -lähetyksessä Hemsworth tähdensi kuitenkin, että kirjat tulivat tutuiksi vasta Netflixin yhteydenoton jälkeen.

Senkin Hemsworth paljasti, että kausien 4 ja 5 kuvaukset jatkuvat vielä muutaman viikon ajan.

"I hadn't seen the TV show and I hadn't read the books but I played the video game like ten years ago or something. It's still, to this day, one of the best video games of all time, and Netflix came to me almost two years ago now and said that they wanted me to step in and take over, and I was really excited by taking on that character because I was a fan of the video game."
